新媒体视角下图书馆危机治理行为的分析与探讨

摘　　要：公共危机事件的发生是对图书馆危机治理体系和治理能力的全面检视,研究图书馆的危机治理问题,建立一套符合自身服务特色的危机治理机制,是后疫情时代图书馆工作中需要重点把握的问题。以高校图书馆为例,收集了“双一流”大学图书馆新媒体平台在新冠疫情危机爆发后1个月内发布的所有信息作为研究数据,从整体情况和详细内容两个方面分析了高校图书馆在危机爆发后的治理行为,根据思维意识、制度规范、主体协同、能力建设4个范畴探寻了高校图书馆危机治理的困境及其成因,并以这4个方面为导向指出高校图书馆危机治理的优化路径。The occurrence of public crisis events is a comprehensive inspection of the library’s crisis governance system and governance capabilities.Studying the crisis governance of libraries and establishing a set of crisis governance mechanisms in line with their own service characteristics are issues that need to be focused on the work of libraries in the post-epidemic era.This paper takes the university library as an example,collectes all the information released by the new media platform of the"double first-class"university library during one month after the outbreak of the COVID-19 crisis as research data,analyzes the governance behavior of the university library after the crisis broke out from the overall situation and detailed content,explores the crisis governance dilemma and its causes of university libraries from the four categories of thinking consciousness,institutional norms,subjects collaboration,and ability construction,and uses these four aspects to guide the optimization path of university library crisis governance.
