摘  要:在破碎、软弱围岩中,如果不能及时施加较高预紧力来改变围岩受力状态,在原岩应力和动压作用下,围岩强度和完整性会进一步弱化,导致常规树脂锚固剂与围岩黏结强度进一步降低,最终导致锚杆整体脱落失效。针对以上现状,研发出了适用于破碎、软弱围岩条件的聚氨酯液态锚固剂。现场应用表明,其锚固力比常规树脂锚固剂提高了约63.6%,为破碎、软弱围岩巷道支护提供了一种新的材料,具有广阔的市场应用前景。In the broken and soft weak rock,if the high pretension could not be conducted to change the stress state of the surrounding rock,under the effect of the in-situ rock stress and dynamic pressure,the surrounding rock strength and integrity would be further weakened,would cause a further reduction between the conventional resin anchoring cartridge and the surrounding rock binding strength and finally would cause the abscission and failure of the bolt integration.According to the above status,the polyurethane liquid anchoring cartridge was developed suitable to the condition of the broken and soft weak surrounding rock.The application showed that the anchor force was improved by 63.6%higher than the conventional resin anchoring cartridge,could provide a new material to the support of the soft and weak roadway support and would have the wide market application prospect.
