摘　　要：目的了解2015-2019年云南省乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)流行病学特征。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2015-2019年云南省报告乙肝病例,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2015-2019年云南省共报告乙肝79 179例,年均报告发病率为33.19/10万;其中急性、慢性、未分类乙肝分别占14.98%、76.64%、8.38%,年均报告发病率分别为4.97/10万、25.44/10万、2.78/10万。在所有病例中,0-14岁、15-29岁、30-44岁、45-59岁、≥60岁分别占1.55%、19.90%、30.77%、31.45%、16.33%。在急性、慢性乙肝病例中农民分别占80.94%、73.54%。结论云南省有效控制了儿童乙肝,但45-59岁人群和农民发病风险较高;建议加强成人乙肝免疫预防。Objective To determine epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B during 2015-2019 in Yunnan province.Methods We obtained data on hepatitis B cases reported to the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System during 2015-2019 in Yunnan for a descriptive epidemiological analysis.Results A total of 79 179 hepatitis B cases were reported during 2015-2019 in Yunnan, for an average annual incidence of 33.19 cases per 100 000 population. Acute, chronic, and unclassified hepatitis B cases accounted for 14.98%, 76.64%, and 8.38% of all cases, respectively, with average annual incidences being 4.97, 25.44, and 2.78 per 100 000. Among all cases, 0-14-, 15-29-, 30-44-, 45-59-, and ≥60-year-olds accounted for 1.55%, 19.90%, 30.90%, 30.77%, 31.45%, and 16.33%. Farmers accounted for 80.94% of acute cases and 73.54% of chronic cases.Conclusions Childhood hepatitis B has been effectively controlled in Yunnan;45-59-year-olds and farmers are a high risk population. We suggest to strengthen hepatitis B immunization for adults.
