摘 要:分析了国内外阻燃、隔热防护头套的研究现状。选择纽士达芳纶1313、芳砜纶、PODLON纤维和阻燃黏胶纤维等国产化耐高温纤维,从阻燃隔热面料的开发和防护头套的款式结构设计两方面展开探讨,对所开发的阻燃隔热面料的极限氧指数、隔热性、热稳定性和顶破强力性能进行测试分析。结果表明,所开发的阻燃隔热面料防护头套不仅具有阻燃、隔热等安全防护性能,而且满足服用性能要求。The research status of the flame-retardant and heat-insulating protective hood at home and abroad was analyzed.With the domestically produced high-temperature resistant fibers such as Newstar~?m-aramid,polysulfonamide,PODLON and flame-retardant viscose fiber chosen,research was carried out in two aspects,including the developing on the flame-retardant and heat-insulating fabics and the style design of the protective hood.The properties of the developed flame-retardant and heat-insulating fabric,such as limiting oxygen index,thermal insulation,thermal stability and bursting strength,were tested and analyzed.The testing results indicated that the developed protective hood with flame-retardant and heat-insulating fabric not only had safety protection properties such as flame-retardant and heat insulation,but also met the requirements of wearing performance.
