摘  要:为提高高固体含量浇注高聚物粘结炸药的工艺性能及力学性能,采用了2种非酯类增塑剂NP、KA,以增塑剂DOS为参照物,对比分析了3种不同增塑剂对HTPB的增塑效果;同时在RDX/HTPB基浇注炸药配方中进行了应用对比,研究了不同增塑剂对炸药配方的工艺性能、力学性能、机械感度及爆轰性能的影响。结果表明:与DOS相比,增塑比为1时,非酯类增塑剂NP、KA具有耐迁移性,对HTPB的增塑性良好,可显著提高RDX基含铝炸药的工艺性能及力学性能,对炸药的爆轰性能基本无影响,在HTPB基高固体含量浇注炸药中具有良好的应用前景。In order to improve the processing property and mechanical property of polymer bonded explosives with high solid content,two kinds of non-ester plasticizer NP and KA was studied.Contrasting with the plasticizer DOS,the plasticizing effects of three different plasticizers on HTPB was analyzed,respectively.The processing properties,mechanical properties,mechanical sensitivities and detonation performances of RDX/HTPB based PBXs using different plasticizer were also tested.The results show that when the plasticization ratio is 1,the plasticizer NP and KA not only both exhibit migration resistance,but also have good plasticity with HTPB.At the same time,the processing property and mechanical property of PBX are significantly improved when using the two new plasticizer.The plasticizer NP and KA both have little effect on the detonation performance of PBX,and they have good application prospect in HTPB based cast-cured explosive,which has high solid content.
