摘 要:利用LS-DYNA软件对弹丸垂直侵彻贯穿C35强度混凝土靶板的过程进行了数值模拟,建立了混凝土靶板与等效靶的模型,获得混凝土靶板与等效靶的厚度转换关系。弹丸分别以1200、1000、800 m/s的速度垂直侵彻贯穿不同厚度混凝土靶板,获得不同厚度下混凝土靶板剩余穿透速度;以45#钢作为等效靶材料,根据靶体吸收动能等效原则,利用相同弹丸垂直侵彻贯穿45#钢靶,获得不同厚度混凝土靶板对应的钢靶厚度。利用MATLAB曲线拟合,混凝土靶板与等效钢靶厚度转换关系,并对转换关系结果进行仿真验证,结果表明混凝土靶板厚度转换误差小于10%,研究成果为混凝土靶板抗侵彻试验及等效靶研究提供理论依据及数据参考。LS-DYNA was used to simulate the vertical penetration of the projectile through the C35 concrete target plate.The equivalent target models and concretetarget models were established to obtain the conversion relationship of thickness between the concrete targets and the equivalent surrogates.The projectile penetrated verticallydifferent thicknesses concrete targetsat a speed of 1200 m/s to obtain the various residual speeds.Based on the equivalent principle of target absorbing kinetic energy,the 45 steel targets were penetrated vertically by the same projectile to obtain the equivalent steel target thicknesses corresponding to the different thicknesses concrete targets.The curve fitting was performed by MATLAB to obtain the thickness conversion relationship curve of the concrete target plate and the equivalent steel target.The conversion relationship was verified by numerical simulations.The conversion error of concrete target thickness is less than 10%,which provides theoretical basis and data reference for the concrete target anti-penetration test and equivalent targets research.
