摘 要:设计了一种车轮型药柱,推导了车轮型药柱的燃烧面积公式,使用MATLAB软件进行编程计算,分别得到了车轮型药柱燃烧面积变化率与轮臂数、轮臂角等影响参数的关系图;计算结果表明:当1/2轮臂厚e1小于最大有效肉厚值e2时,药柱燃烧呈3个阶段;当1/2轮臂厚e1等于最大有效肉厚值e2时,药柱燃烧呈两个阶段;轮臂数n=4,轮臂角θ=π/3,药柱长径比为0.1时,更接近恒面燃烧;其他结构参数对药柱燃烧规律影响较小;算例证明:车轮型药柱存在近似的恒面燃烧,且出现在燃烧的第一阶段,研究结论与实际相符。A kind of wheel-shaped grain was designed,the formula of the burning area of wheel-shaped grain was derived,and the relationship between the burning area of wheel-shaped grain and the number of wheel angles,wheel arm angles and other influencing parameters was obtained by programming with MATLAB software.The results show that when e1 is less than e2,there are three stages of burning.When e1 is equal to e2,there are two stages of burning.When the number of wheel Angle n=4,wheel Angleθ=π/3,the ratio of length to diameter of the medicine column is 0.1,it is closer to the constant combustion.Other structural parameters have no effect on the burning law of the grain.An example shows that there exists an approximate constant surface combustion in the wheel-shaped grain,which occurs in the first stage of combustion.The research results are consistent with the actual situation.This study lays a foundation for the extensive application of the wheel-shaped grain.
