摘  要:介绍了多种冰点测量法,包括手动法、自动相转移法与差示扫描量热法,并考察了这几种方法应用于离子盐溶液推进剂体系冰点测试的适用性。这些原本应用于航空燃料体系的冰点测量法在被直接应用于含能有机离子盐溶液体系的冰点测量时都无法完全适用,这是由于离子盐溶液体系相对受过冷现象与沉淀溶解平衡的影响更为严重的缘故。为克服这些缺陷,就需要在降温过程中打破其过冷的介稳状态,或在升温过程中令溶质分布均匀以促进其溶解。采用惰性晶体诱导法,通过在测试样品中加入惰性晶体石英砂,成功地获取了高浓度状态下的HAN-水体系冰点数据,测试结果重复性与复现性符合测试需求。惰性晶体诱导法能够有效地获取含能离子盐溶液体系的冰点数据,以该方法为基础,能够进一步研发更便捷、精确度更高的冰点测量法,辅助我国新型绿色推进剂的研制。This article introduced several kinds of freezing point measurement methods,including manual method,automatic phase transfer method and differential scanning calorimetry method.However,these freezing point measurement methods that were originally applied to aviation fuel systems,and cannot be directly applied to energetic organic ion salt solution system because of the effects of serious over-cold phenomenon and precipitation dissolution balance.In order to avoid these defects,it is necessary to break its overcooled metastable state during the cooling process,or to make the solute distribution even during the heating process to promote its dissolution.Using inert crystal induction method,by adding inert crystal quartz sand to the test sample,the freezing point data of the HAN-water system at high concentration was successfully obtained,the repeatability and reproducibility of the test results meet the test requirements.The inert crystal induction method can effectively obtain the freezing point data of the energetic ion salt solution system.It can develop a more convenient and more accurate freezing point measurement method to assist the development of new green propellants.
