摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想是揭示当代中国经济发展规律的最新理论成果,破解了政治经济学若干难题。以人民为中心的发展思想破解劳动价值论能否支持中国特色社会主义市场经济改革价值取向的难题;使市场在配置资源中起决定性作用和更好发挥政府作用的思想破解公有制和市场经济能否统一的理论难题;坚持适应社会经济发展主要矛盾变化的思想明确了中国特色社会主义政治经济学的研究主题;坚持把握引领经济发展新常态思想明确了中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论建构的新历史方位。Xi Jinping’s economic thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics is the latest theoretical achievement that reveals the laws of contemporary China’s economic development,and it has solved the problems in political economy.The people-centered philosophy of development answers the question of whether the labor theory of value can support the value orientation of the socialist market economy reform with Chinese characteristics.The idea of market playing a decisive role in the resources allocation and government playing a better role answers the question of whether public sector of the economy and market economy can find unity.Persisting in the idea of adapting to the main contradictions change in social and economic development clarifies the research theme of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.Persisting in the idea of leading the new normalization of economic development clarifies the new historical position of the construction of the socialist political economy theory with Chinese characteristics.
