摘　　要：随着2022年冬奥会的申办成功,国内掀起了冰雪文化产业热潮,黑龙江省作为我国地理位置最北端省份,在冰雪文化产业发展中处于第一梯队,但是诸多方面仍存在不足,还有较大的发展空间等待挖掘,需从产业政策、财税政策以及人才政策等角度入手,完善产业体系。还要加大财税扶持力度,加强人才队伍建设,从而实现更好更快发展,并带动其他相关产业发展。With the successful bidding of 2022 Winter Olympic Games,ice and snow culture industry upsurge has been set off in China.As the northernmost Province in China,Heilongjiang Province is in the first echelon in the development of ice and snow culture industry,but there are still many deficiencies in many places.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation at home and abroad from the perspective of policy,and analyzes the main problems and solutions of ice and snow culture industry policy in Heilongjiang Province,in order to provide some useful reference for the development of ice and snow culture industry in Heilongjiang Province.
