摘　　要：将师德师风建设纳入教学管理,有助于完善教学管理体系,提升教学服务理念,内化师德规范,实现组织育人。其建设着力点是:借鉴传统的师德文化基因,建立长期的思想教育机制,落实推进教学管理中的各项师德考量举措,切实做好外聘教师的师德建设引导,部门合作形成师德建设合力。Incorporating the construction of teacher ethics and style into teaching management will help improve the teaching management system,enhance the concept of teaching service,internalize the norms of teacher ethics,and realize the education through organizations.The focus of its construction is to learn from the traditional cultural genes of teacher ethics,establish a long-term ideological education mechanism,implement various measures to promote teacher ethics in teaching management,and effectively guide the construction of teacher ethics for part-time teachers,and cooperate with other departments in the construction.
