摘  要:用户服务一直是公共图书馆管理体系的核心所在,大数据时代的来临会对公共图书馆的管理模式造成深远影响。结合数据驱动理念,将大数据技术通入图书馆管理体系成为公共图书馆在新形势下所面临的重要课题。当前,部分公共图书馆将信息化系统应用到机构的用户信息服务体系中,但是实际应用效果参差不齐,多数系统存在反馈数据收集不及时、数据使用路径不准确、数据孤岛化现象等问题,制约了闭环系统的深入使用以及公共图书馆用户服务体系的快速发展。近年来,我国有关部委颁布法律法规并积极推动公共图书馆管理领域的数据共享。文章以用户信息服务闭环系统为例,说明闭环系统应用的分布式文件体系以及数据反馈层技术,充分体现闭环系统在优化公共图书馆用户信息服务体系层面的优势。User service has always been the core of public library management system,the coming of big data age will have a profound impact on the management mode of public library.It is an important task for public libraries to integrate big data technology into library management system under the new situation.At present,some public libraries apply the information system to the user information service system of the organization,but the actual application effect is uneven.Most of the systems have problems.For example,the feedback data collection is not timely,the data use path is inaccurate,and the data is separated from each other,which restricts the deep use of the closed-loop system and the rapid development of public library user service system.In recent years,relevant ministries and commissions have issued laws and regulations and actively promoted data sharing in the field of public library management.Taking the closed-loop system of user information service as an example,this paper illustrates the distributed file system and data feedback layer technology applied in the closed-loop system,which fully embodies the advantages of the closed-loop system in optimizing the user information service system of public library.
