摘　　要：图书馆在非物质文化遗产保护方面承担着重要责任,主要体现在图书馆能参与非物质文化遗产数据库建设,但目前所建的非物质文化遗产数据库还处于初级阶段,存在采集和储存技术形式僵化、数据库复原和再现技术表现受限等问题。很多数据库孤立存在,主要原因是由于非物质文化遗产是一个复杂文化体系,是动态的、发展的、变化的,数据库技术水平有待提高,数据库知识产权不清晰。文章建议要建立非物质文化遗产数据库顶层设计,加强数据库建设人才培养,加强知识产权保护,建立数据库网络展示平台,完善非物质文化遗产的数据库登记制度并制定数字化技术相关的法律法规。Library bears an important responsibility in the protection of intangible cultural heritage,which is mainly embodied in the participation of the library in the construction of intangible cultural heritage database,but at present,the intangible cultural heritage databases that have been built are still at the primary stage,there are problems such as the rigid form of collection and storage technology,the limitation of database restoration and reproduction technology.Many databases exist separately,which is mainly because the intangible cultural heritage is a complex cultural system which is dynamic,developing and changing.Therefore,the database technology level needs to be improved,and database intellectual property is unclear.It is suggested that the top-level design of intangible cultural heritage database should be established,the training of talents for database construction should be strengthened,the protection of intellectual property rights should be strengthened,the database network display platform should be established,the database registration system of intangible cultural heritage should be perfected,and relevant laws and regulations of digital technology should be formulated.
