摘　　要：党性是一个政党固有的本性。中国共产党党性教育在新民主主义革命时期从探索中起步,经历社会主义革命和建设时期的曲折发展,到改革开放新时期实现历史性转变,如今进入中国特色社会主义新时代开启新局面。百年党性教育史是研究中共党史的重要切入点,其留下的丰富经验启示有:坚持马克思主义科学理论的指导是党性教育取得成效的根本保证;长期坚持把思想教育放在首位是党性教育的关键问题;以党的组织建设为根本加强党组织、干部队伍、党员队伍教育;完善以党章为核心的制度体系,增强制度意识,是巩固党性教育效果的长效机制。Party spirit is the inherent nature of a political party.The party spirit education of the Chinese Communist Party started from exploration in the period of the new democratic revolution,experienced the tortuous development of the socialist revolution and construction period,and achieved historic changes in the new period of reform and opening up.Now it has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and opened a new situation.The century-old history of party spirit education is an important entry point for studying the history of the Communist Party of China.The rich experience and enlightenment left by it include:adherence to the guidance of Marxist scientific theories is the fundamental guarantee for the effectiveness of party spirit education;long-term insistence on putting ideological education first is party spirit education The key issue is to strengthen the education of party organizations,cadres,and party members based on the construction of the party’s organization;to improve the institutional system with the party constitution as the core and enhance the awareness of the system is a long-term mechanism to consolidate the effect of party spirit education.
