摘  要:当前建筑领域中,低速性聚氯乙烯(UPVC)材料管道凭借其优越使用性能得到广泛推广。将多功能复合增强剂(MCRA)与UPVC进行结合,提高产品增韧补强效果与协同改性效果。实验结论表明:MCRA参与材料制备后,有效提高UPVC增韧补强效果,且材料加工性能与表观性能均体现出显著协同效应。经观察,MCRA/UPVC复合管材具备优良相容性与分散性,结合界面之间没有明显组织缺陷,断面特征为韧性断裂。通过介绍UPVC管材特征性能,基于UPVC管材在建筑给排水项目应用中现存问题,提出优化制备与工艺设计方案。In the current construction field,low-speed polyvinyl chloride(UPVC)material pipeline has been wide⁃ly promoted by virtue of its superior performance.The multi-functional composite reinforcement agent(MCRA)was combined with UPVC to improve the toughening and reinforcing effect of the product and the synergistic modi⁃fication effect.The experimental results showed that after MCRA was involved in the material preparation,UPVC toughening and reinforcing effect was effectively improved,and significant synergistic effect was reflected in both the processing property and the apparent property of the material.It was observed that the MCRA/UPVC composite pipe had excellent compatibility and dispersibility,no obvious tissue defects between the binding interfaces,and the section features ductile fracture.By introducing the characteristics and properties of UPVC pipe,and based on the existing problems in the application of UPVC pipe in building water supply and drainage projects,an optimized preparation and process design scheme was proposed.
