摘　　要：我国电网物资供应链的管理建设成为企业为走向国际的关键环节之一,电网物资供应链体系错综复杂,在管理方面存在资产密集等问题。文章以电网物资供应链的一体化管理模型建立为目标,从电网物资管控、业务流程以及供应链管理切入具体分析了电网物资供应链关键一体化要素,并综合EDI技术、GPS技术为一体作战指挥决策平台模型的构建提供了具体方向,以期为我国南方电网供应链一体化的运作提供指挥决策管理创新的应用方向。China's power grid material supply chain management has become one of the key links for enterprises to go international,the power grid material supply chain system is complex,there are asset-intensive management is⁃sues.The paper aims to establish an integrated management model of power grid material supply chain,and analyz⁃es the key integrated elements of power grid material supply chain from the aspects of power grid material manage⁃ment and control,business process and supply chain management,the integration of EDI and GPS technology pro⁃vides a specific direction for the construction of the intelligent operation and command platform model,so as to pro⁃vide the direction of command and decision-making management innovation for the Integrated Operation of China Southern Power Grid supply chain.
