摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎患者特别是重症患者除了要经历疾病本身如发热、气短和呼吸困难、咳嗽咳痰等所带来的身体上的不适,还要经历该传染病所带来的绝望、害怕、自责、孤独、焦虑等系列负面情绪体验,同时经历此次新冠疫情,他们的一些观念和看法也发生了变化。全面了解新冠肺炎重症患者经历此次疫情的身心体验,一方面可为护理人员更好地了解新冠肺炎重症患者护理需求,做好护理救治工作,通过给予针对性地给予科学、有效的心理干预,帮助患者早日康复;另一方面有助于深入了解疫情期间的医患关系和医疗卫生系统对重大公共卫生事件的应急处理能力,为后续开展相关工作带来更多的经验和启示。Patients with COVID-19,especially those with severe illness,experience not only the discomfort of the disease itself such as fever,shortness of breath,dyspnea,cough and sputum,but also a series of negative emotional experiences,such as despair,fear,self-blame,loneliness,anxiety and so on.At the same time,experience of the COVID-19 has changed their perceptions and ideas.Fully understand the physical and mental experience of patients with severe COVID-19,on the one hand,it can help nurses better understand the care needs of severe patients with COVID-19 and do a good job of nursing treatment,and can help patients recover early through targeted scientific and effective psychological intervention;on the other hand,it is helpful to understand the doctor-patient relationship during the epidemic situation and the emergency response ability of the medical and health system to the major public health events,and bring more experiences and enlightenments to the follow-up work.
