摘　　要：污名和歧视导致精神疾病患者背负巨大身心压力。从医学人文视角出发,采用质性研究方法,运用社区精神疾病患者日常生活领域疾病污名的病痛叙述资料,分析了精神疾病患者在公众污名下的社会区隔和资源缺失,以及自我污名下的身份认同困境与治疗康复挣扎的过程和图景。研究所展示的关于社区患者的现实处境进一步凸显了注重精神疾病患者增能赋权、改善社会文化话语建构、减少社会污名和歧视的重要性。Stigma and discrimination lead to mental and physical stress on patients with mental illness.From the perspective of medical humanities,this paper used qualitative research methods and information on the pain of stigma in the field of daily life of patients with mental illness in the community,analyzed the community partition and lack of resources of patients with mental illness under public stigma,as well as the process and prospect of identity dilemma,treatment and rehabilitation struggle under self-stigma.The reality of the community patients presented in this study highlighted the importance of focusing on empowerment of mental patients,improving social-cultural discourse construction,and reducing social stigma and discrimination.
