摘 要:模拟训练在军事领域的应用范围越来越广泛,迫切需要建设一个基于体系工程的军事模拟训练中心。针对基于体系工程的军事模拟训练中心展开效费分析,利用可拓学理论构建了效费分析模型。并结合军事模拟训练中心效能影响因素的特点,构建基于改进ADC方法的效能影响因素指标体系。根据全寿命周期费用影响因素的特点,构建费用影响因素指标体系。最后通过实证分析对模型进行了检验。The application scope of simulation training in the military field is becoming more and more extensive,and it is ur⁃gent to build a military simulation training center based on system engineering.The cost analysis is carried out for the military simu⁃lation training center based on system engineering,and the cost analysis model is constructed using extenics theory.Combined with the characteristics of the effectiveness influencing factors of the military simulation training center,an efficiency influencing factor index system based on the improved ADC method is constructed.According to the characteristics of the life-cycle cost influencing factors,an index system of cost influencing factors is constructed.Finally,the model is tested by empirical analysis.
