摘  要:航母甲板资源配置决定其作战下甲板保障效率最高发挥水平,针对不同作战策略下批次舰载机数量不同所需甲板资源配置差异较大,为保证作战环境下航母甲板保障高效运行、实现作战策略下航母甲板保障作业高效实施,对不同作战策略下的批次舰载机数量不同进行了甲板资源优化配置研究。通过对各策略下舰载机数量确定,确定资源优化配置范畴及其合法数值范围,完成对甲板保障调度作业仿真,仿真充分纳入作战下全面、合理约束,含其可靠性调度方案,运用禁忌算法对此优化,计算得出有效最短保障时间作为各资源配置下目标函数值,综合得出各作战策略下资源配置结果分析图及相关数据,对其进行分析、总结,得出各作战策略下具体有效资源配置方案。The configuration of aircraft carrier deck resources determines the highest level of operational deck support efficien⁃cy.For different combat strategies,different numbers of carrier-based aircraft require different deck resource configurations.In or⁃der to ensure the efficient operation of aircraft carrier deck support in the combat environment,the implementation of combat strate⁃gies The undercarriage deck support operations are implemented efficiently,and the optimal allocation of deck resources has been studied for different numbers of carrier-based aircraft under different combat strategies.Through the determination of the number of carrier-based aircraft under each strategy,the scope of resource optimization allocation and the legal value range are determined,and the simulation of the deck support dispatch operation is completed.The simulation is fully incorporated into the overall and rea⁃sonable constraints of the operation,including its reliability dispatch plan,and the tabu algorithm is used.In this optimization,the ef⁃fective minimum support time is calculated as the objective function value under each resource allocation,and the resource alloca⁃tion result analysis diagram and related data under each combat strategy are comprehensively obtained,and the analysis and summa⁃ry are carried out to obtain specific and effective resource allocation plans under each combat strategy.
