摘 要:论文研究了潜地导弹贮存抽检方案和武器试验问题。潜地导弹价值昂贵、订货批量小,对其的批验收与技术指标鉴定由于试验的破坏性难以进行大量的试验,论文针对潜地导弹接装验收与贮存检验问题,研究制定了潜地导弹小批量抽样检验方案。分析指出,潜地导弹的抽检发射试验,应该与潜艇装备检验、人员训练考核甚至特需国际形势背景有机结合起来,展示潜地导弹的威慑性与可靠性,以发挥最大的政治、经济、军事效益。The paper studies the sampling inspection plan for the storage of submarine-to-surface missiles and the weapons test.Submarine-to-surface missiles are expensive and have small order quantities.Due to the destructive nature of the tests,it is dif⁃ficult to carry out a large number of tests.This paper studies and develops submarine-to-surface missiles for the acceptance and stor⁃age inspection of submarine-to-surface missiles.Batch sampling inspection plan.The analysis points out that the random inspection and launch test of submarine-to-surface missiles should be organically combined with submarine equipment inspection,personnel training and assessment and even the background of the special international situation to demonstrate the deterrence and reliability of submarine-to-surface missiles to maximize political,economic,and military benefits.
