摘 要:为研究应用于车辆制动的直驱式容积控制系统响应特性,搭建了基于AMEsim和Simulink联合仿真的直驱式容积模糊PID控制压力模型.探究了电机转矩系数、液压泵死区体积、液压缸库伦摩擦力、系统泄漏量对系统超调、响应时间和系统稳态误差的影响.为了更直观地判断系统超调、响应时间和系统稳态误差对系统品质的影响,设计了系统响应品质因素和敏感因子.当系统响应品质因素越小时,该系统响应特性就越好,制动性能也会更好;而敏感因子越小,说明该系统对变化参数越不敏感.仿真结果表明,电机转矩系数、系统泄漏量对该控制系统影响更大,当电机转矩系数在2.0~2.4 V·s/rad范围之内、系统泄漏量小于0.005 L/min/MPa时,系统的响应特性变得更好.In order to study the characteristics of direct drive volume control system applied to vehicle braking,a direct drive volume fuzzy PID control pressure model was established based on AMEsim and Simulink co-simulation.The effects of motor torque coefficient,dead zone volume of hydraulic pump,Coulomb friction of hydraulic cylinder and system leakage on system overshoot,response time and system steady-state error are explored.In order to more intuitively judge the effects of system overshoot,response time and system steady-state error on system quality,the system response quality factor and sensitivity factor are designed.When the response quality factor of the system is smaller,the response characteristics of the system will be better and the braking performance will be better;and the smaller the sensitivity factor is,the less sensitive the system is to changing parameters.The simulation results show that the motor torque coefficient and system leakage have greater influence on the control system.When the motor torque coefficient is in the range of 2.0~2.4V·s/rad and the system leakage is less than 0.005 L/min/MPa,the system response characteristics become better.
