摘  要:汇流行星排作为综合传动装置中直驶功率和转向功率汇合的关键机构,一旦发生故障会直接导致车辆失去行动能力.对某型号综合传动装置汇流行星排在试验阶段的故障进行分析诊断,并根据发生的机械故障和密封故障的机理分别对结构和加工工艺进行改善,进而对改善后的挡圈结构进行摩擦特性试验分析.试验结果表明,挡圈端面开的槽数越少,其摩擦损失越大.The confluence planetary rows(CPR)is extremely important for combining the direct drive power and steering power of the Integrated Transmission System(ITS).The malfunction of CPR can cause the vehicle to be immobilised.The failures of CPR are counted and investigated during the experimental stage of the ITS.According to the causes of mechanical and seal failures,the structure and mechanical processing of CPR were improved respectively,and the friction characteristic test analysis of the improved retaining ring structure were tested and analyzed.The test results show that the less the number of grooves on the end face of the retaining ring,the greater the friction loss.
