摘　　要：以某型号综合传动装置电控系统中的转速和温度传感器为研究对象,对其在定型试验和样车使用过程中出现的故障进行全面的FMECA分析,并针对主要问题作出优化与改进.最后,在整个可靠性鉴定试验过程中,改进后的转速和温度传感器的机械和电气结构未发生任何故障,有效提升了其可靠性.In this paper the speed and temperature sensors in the electronic control system are chosen as the research object.The FMECA analysis is carried out for their faults in the process of type test and sample vehicle use,and the main problems are optimized and improved.Finally,in the whole process of reliability evaluation test,the mechanical and electrical structure of the improved speed and temperature sensor has no fault,which effectively improves its reliability.
