螺旋/切向气道相异气门的缸内气体分层燃烧分析

摘  要:通过CFD数值模拟,对D19四气门、双进气道发动机进行相异气门的缸内气体分层燃烧分析。研究表明:相异气门可使缸内进气量和涡流比大幅提升;螺旋气道引入方式下的气体,凹坑和燃烧室相对中心区域CO_(2)分布较多。而切向气道引入方式下的气体,靠近切向气道一侧的CO_(2)分布较多,围绕燃烧室中心区域的CO_(2)分布较少;相异气门条件下,发动机排放的Soot和CO大幅减少,NOx略有增加。Through CFD numerical simulation,the stratified combustion analysis of in-cylinder gas with different valves was carried out on the D19 four-valve,dual-port engine.Studies show that different valves can greatly increase the intake air volume and vortex ratio in the cylinder;the gas in the spiral air channel introduction mode,CO_(2) is distributed more in the pit and combustion chamber than that in the central area.For the gas in the tangential air channel introduction mode,CO_(2) is distributed more near the tangential air channel,and less around the center area of the combustion chamber;under different valve conditions,soot and CO emitted by the engine greatly reduced,and NOx increased slightly.
