摘  要:以某汽车抗性消声器为对象,在COMSOL Multiphysics中建立其几何模型,划分网格、设置材料属性及边界条件,通过压力声学模块和计算流体动力学(CFD)模块对该模型分别进行声场频域分析和流场稳态分析。通过(声学)传输损失以及(CFD)压力损失来对该抗性消声器的性能进行评价,并分析了消声管形状、孔隙率的变化对传输及压力损失的影响。仿真得到了抗性消声器内的声压级分布云图、声强场流线图以及流场压力分布云图、湍流速度流线图,为后续设计汽车抗性消声器提供了参考。A geometric model is established in COMSOL Multiphysics based on an automobile resistant muffler.Then the mesh is divided,the material properties and boundary conditions are set.After that the Pressure Acoustics module and the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)module are used to analyze the acoustic frequency domain and the steady flow field respectively.The performance of the resistant muffler is evaluated by(Acoustic)transmission loss and(CFD)pressure loss.At the same time,the influence of the shape and porosity of the anechoic tube on the transmission and pressure loss is analyzed.The cloud diagram of acoustic pressure level distribution,acoustic intensity field flow diagram,flow field pressure distribution cloud diagram and turbulence velocity flow diagram in the resistance muffler are obtained,which provides a reference for the subsequent design of automobile resistance muffler.
