摘　　要：农业财政支农支出和农业经济增长两者的关系是目前农业领域备受关注的话题。此次研究提出建立农业经济和财政支农支出、第一产业劳动力投入、固定资产投入三个变量之间的VAR模型。实验选取河南省从1987-2018年的四类数据分别进行平稳性检验、协整检验、脉冲响应函数分析、分差分解分析。实证分析结果表明,所提出的模型中三个变量的产出弹性系数分别为1.198、0.613、0.203。同时该模型具有极高的可靠性,其中支农支出对农业经济的影响最大。the relationship between agricultural financial expenditure and agricultural economic growth is a hot topic in the field of agriculture.This study proposes to establish a VAR model among agricultural economy and financial expenditure for agriculture,labor input in the primary industry and fixed assets investment.Four types of data from 1987 to 2018 in Henan Province were selected for the experiment,including stationarity test,cointegration test,impulse response function analysis and differential decomposition analysis.The empirical analysis results show that the output elasticity coefficients of the three variables are 1.198,0.613 and 0.203 respectively.At the same time,the model has high reliability,and the agricultural expenditure has the greatest impact on agricultural economy.
