摘  要:近年来地震灾害频繁发生,学术界就如何有效提升高层建筑的防震性能展开了诸多讨论。有限元模拟模型,综合分析上部结构与地基基础间的相互作用,就刚性地基与相互作用地基设置了对照组,以探讨差异化地基与地震响应度间的关系,为研究高层建筑防震性能提升奠定基础。实验中,选取A市B大厦作为研究对象,对以上方法进行检验。结果表明,刚性地基假定不符合实际情况,地震发生时,上部结构与地基基础的相互作用会对体系结构的位移峰值、加速度峰值以及层间剪力峰值等造成较大影响。因而建筑设计应综合考虑以上部结构与地基基础的相互作用,以有效提高建筑的防震性能。In recent years,earthquake disasters have occurred frequently,and academic circles have launched many discussions on effectively improving the seismic performance of high-rise buildings.The finite element simulation model is selected this time to comprehensively analyze the interaction between the superstructure and the foundation,and set up a control group for the rigid foundation and the interaction foundation to explore the relationship between the differentiated foundation and the seismic response,so as to study the high-rise building Lay the foundation for the improvement of building seismic performance.In the experiment,building B in city A was selected as the research object to test the above methods.The results show that the assumption of rigid foundation does not conform to the actual situation.When an earthquake occurs,the interaction between the superstructure and the foundation will have a greater impact on the peak displacement,peak acceleration,and interlayer shear force of the system structure.Therefore,the architectural design should comprehensively consider the interaction between the upper structure and the foundation to effectively improve the seismic performance of the building.
