摘  要:预埋钢丝拉拔法可用于检测灌浆饱满度,属事中预埋、事后检测方法,既适用于施工单位自检,又适用于第三方检测评估。预埋钢丝拉拔法基于拉拔荷载值进行灌浆饱满度判定,并结合内窥镜进行校核,检测结果可靠稳定。当检测到灌浆不饱满时,可通过扩孔注射补灌进行修复,从而实现检测与修复的有效闭环。研究结果表明,预埋钢丝拉拔法操作简单,钢丝可重复使用,检测效果良好。The embedded steel wire drawing method is used to inspect the grouting plumpness,which belongs to the in-process embedded and post-inspected method.It is applicable to self-inspection of construction units and third-party inspection and evaluation.The results are reliable and stable based on the drawing load value and the endoscope observation.When the grouting is not full,it can be repaired by hole expanding and injecting for supplementary grouting,so as to achieve an effective closed loop of inspection and repair.The embedded steel wire drawing method is easy to operate,the steel wire can be reused,and it can achieve good inspection results.
