摘  要:以兰州新区某公共建筑工程为依托,为治理该工程地面盐胀变形问题,将原地面更换为微型套管桩架空地面,即将微型套管桩作为支撑,在桩顶设置纵横向型钢梁,并利用钢筋桁架楼承板作为地面基层,使地基土与地面结构层脱离架空。针对室内施工高度有限、微型套管桩直径较小、钢管与UPVC管无法分步垂直入孔等问题,采用逆作法施工、电动洛阳铲机械成孔、钢管与UPVC管同步倾斜下孔等技术加以解决,取得良好盐胀治理效果。Based on a public construction project in Lanzhou New Area,in order to control the salt expansion deformation of the ground,the original ground was replaced with the micro cased pile overhead ground.The micro cased piles were used as supports,the vertical and horizontal rolled beams were set on the top of the piles,and the steel bar truss decks were used as the ground base,which can separate the foundation soil from the ground structural layer.In view of the limited indoor construction height,the small diameter of the micro cased piles,the steel pipes and the UPVC pipes cannot be vertically inserted into the hole step by step,through the use of reverse building method,mechanical drilling by the electric Luoyang shovel,steel pipes and UPVC pipes synchronously inclined inserted into the hole to solve,which achieved a good salt expansion treatment effect.
