摘  要:大体积混凝土结构服役期间经常存在裂缝,可通过超声波技术进行检测。化学灌浆法为混凝土裂缝修复主要方法之一,修复效果关系到混凝土结构服役性能。因此,利用超声波技术对不同裂缝宽度试件灌浆修复效果进行跟踪检测,并分析灌浆修复过程中超声波首波波幅、声时等声学信号特征值。研究结果表明,有效修复区域超声波首波波幅明显提高,首波声时减小;可通过分析超声波声学信号特征值获取灌浆料覆盖范围,从而进行裂缝检测与修复效果评估。Cracks often exist in mass concrete structures during service,which can be detected by ultrasonic technology.Chemical grouting is one of the main methods to repair concrete cracks,and the effect of repair is related to the performance of service of concrete structures.Therefore,the technology of ultrasonic testing is used to track and detect the effect of repair for specimens of grouting with different widths of cracks.Moreover,the characteristic values of acoustic signals such as the headwave amplitude of ultrasonic waves and ultrasonic wave transit time during the process of repairing grouting are analyzed.The result shows that the amplitude of the headwave amplitude of ultrasonic waves in the areas for effective repair is significantly increased,and the ultrasonic wave transit time is decreased.The area of coverage of grouting materials can be obtained by analyzing the characteristic values of ultrasonic waves acoustic signals,so as to evaluate the effect of the testing of cracks and that of the repair.
