摘  要:对装配式超低能耗建筑进行介绍,通过现场调研,对装配式超低能耗建筑预制夹心保温墙板常见热桥问题进行总结,并对热桥成因进行分析。通过构件设计优化与生产管理优化,提出有针对性的热桥控制措施,包括优化保温板预埋件尺寸、提高保温板裁切精度等,达到降低热桥效应的目的。This paper introduces the prefabricated ultra-low energy consumption building.According to the field investigation,this paper summarizes several common forms of thermal bridges for prefabricated sandwich insulation wall boards in prefabricated ultra-low energy consumption buildings,and analyzes the reasons for the formation of thermal bridges.Through component design optimization and production management optimization,the control measures for thermal bridges are proposed,including optimizing the size of the embedded parts of the insulation boards,improving the cutting accuracy of the insulation boards,etc.,which can reduce the thermal bridge effect.
