摘  要:针对交流接触器在常规与振动条件下电寿命试验测试结果的差异,并结合交流接触器的失效机理分析,主要面向加速度、频率两个振动因素对交流接触器动态特性的影响进行测试分析。分别基于模型仿真与动态特性测试系统两个方面进行研究,模型仿真从输入能量差异的角度,研究了振动因素对触头及铁芯这些关键机构的影响,并确定与之相关的动态特性参数,同时利用测试系统实验数据获取上述动态特性参数,以研究不同振动加速度和频率下接触器关键机构动态特性的差异。在此基础之上,引入灰色综合关联度构建差异性指标,进一步对振动与常规条件下动态特性的差异进行整体量化分析,最后综合实验分析,差异性指标在0.4~0.8范围内,同时比较全面地获得了振动因素变化对交流接触器关键机构动态特性的影响。There is difference between the electrical life test results of AC contactor under normal and vibration conditions. The analysis of the failure mechanism of AC contactor is utilized. Meanwhile, the influences of two vibration factors of acceleration and frequency on the dynamic characteristics of AC contactor are tested and analyzed. This research is based on two aspects of model simulation and the dynamic characteristic test system, respectively. From the perspective of input energy difference, the influence of vibration factors on key mechanisms is studied, such as contacts and iron core. In this way, the related dynamic characteristic parameters are determined. Meanwhile, the above-mentioned dynamic characteristic parameters are achieved by using experimental data of the test system, which are used to study the difference of the dynamic characteristics of the key mechanism for the contactor under different vibration acceleration and frequency. On this basis, the grey comprehensive relationship degree is introduced to establish the difference index. The dynamic characteristics difference between vibration and normal conditions is further overall quantified. Finally, experiments analysis shows that the difference index is in the range of 0.4~0.8. The influences of the changes of vibration factors on the dynamic characteristics of the key mechanism for the AC contactor can be obtained more comprehensively.
