摘  要:设计了一款基于树莓派的便携式智能灭火器,该设计过程包括采用瓶体模块设计,存储模块设计,远程监测与报警模块设计。其中,瓶体外部采用ABS阻燃材质,内部采用一种用于气溶胶罐的铝合金铝合金;存储模块采用无压存储S型气溶胶的方式;远程监控系统中使用树莓派作为中央控制器,辅以各种传感器采集信息,然后通过外部方式远程传输数据,实现对灭火器周边环境的远程监控;在树莓派中建立基于Linux的Raspbian操作系统,主控系统采用智能家居控制程序构建,实现环境的远程监控:实时收集家居及车内的温度及气体信息并反馈给用户;检测到浓烟或者火焰(也可检测有毒气体)时,向用户手机发送报警信息。A portable intelligent fire extinguisher based on Raspberry Pi is designed.The design process includes the design of bottle body module,storage module design,remote monitoring and alarm module design.Among them,the outside of the bottle body is made of ABS flame retardant material,and the inside is made of an aluminum alloy aluminum alloy used for aerosol cans;The storage module adopts pressureless storage of S-type aerosol;The Raspberry Pi is used as the central controller in the remote monitoring system,supplemented by various sensors to collect information,and then remotely transmit the data through external means to realize remote monitoring of the surrounding environment of the fire extinguisher;The Raspbian operating system based on Linux is built in the Raspberry Pi,and the main control system is constructed with smart home control programs to realize remote monitoring of the environment:Real-time collection of temperature and gas information in homes and cars and feedback to users;When dense smoke or flame (or toxic gas can also be detected) is detected,an alarm message is sent to the user’s mobile phone.
