摘 要:目的:探究以二维码为主要识别方式的病理玻片书写仪的应用对于常规病理切片差错率的影响。方法:医院病理科采用病理玻片书写仪进行病理制片记录,抽取玻片书写仪引入前常规病理病例66 325例,抽取引入病理玻片书写仪后常规病理病例82 405例,比较病理玻片书写仪引入前后常规病理切片标签差错率。结果:引入病理玻片书写仪前的66 325例常规病理切片中,病理质量控制记录中有35例(占0.5‰)存在常规病理制片差错记录;引入病理玻片书写仪后的82 405例常规病理切片中仅有10例(占0.1‰)存在常规病理制片标签差错记录,二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.74,P<0.01)。结论:通过使用二维码为主要识别方式的病理玻片书写仪,使常规病理制片无需配备条码打印机和粘贴标签,省时省力,方便快捷,可减少病理病切片信息采集与传递中的差错,提高病理质量与管理水平。Objective:To explore the influence of the application of pathological slide writer which used twodimensional code as the main recognition method on the error rate of routine pathological sections.Methods:In the department of pathology of hospital,pathological slide writer was adopted to implement record for pathological slide-making,and 66,325 cases of routine pathology were selected before the slide writer was introduced,and 82,405 cases of routine pathology were selected after the slide writer was introduced.The error rates of the label of routine pathological section before and after the pathological slide writer was introduced were compared.Results:In l66325 routine pathological sections before the pathological slide writer was introduced,35 cases(0.5‰)of pathological quality control records had error records of routine pathological slide-making.After the pathological slide writer was introduced,only 10 cases(0.1‰)of 82,405 routine pathological sections had the error records of the label of routine pathological slide-making,and the difference of that between the two methods was significant(χ^(2)=18.74,P<0.01).Conclusion:The pathological slide writer that uses two-dimensional code as the main identification method takes the routine pathological slide-making need not match barcode printer and paste label.It can save both time and labor,and is convenient and efficient.It can reduce the error in the information acquisition and delivery of pathological sections,and improve the quality and management level of pathology.
