摘 要:目的:研究2018年和2019年我国主要流域饮用水中全氟化合物(PFCs)的监测结果,了解饮用水中PFCs检测所用标准物质在不同储存条件下的稳定性。方法:选择饮用水中检出率较高的全氟丁烷磺酸、全氟己酸、全氟辛酸、全氟壬酸和全氟辛烷磺酸5种的中碳链和短碳链PFCs,采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱法对5种的中碳链和短碳链PFCs进行检测,分析不同浓度(5μg/L和500μg/L)标准溶液、在不同储存温度(-18℃、4℃及20℃)、不同溶剂[(纯水、甲醇、甲醇水溶液(v/v=1∶1)]以及储存在玻璃容器和聚丙烯容器等条件下全氟化合物标准物质的降解率,对标准物质在不同储存条件下的稳定性进行分析。结果:储存在玻璃容器中物质的降解率波动较大,最大降解率为-103.8%,同等条件下在聚丙烯容器中的降解率为4.1%。温度对溶剂的影响较大,-18℃会造成水冻融;20℃可能造成储存甲醇挥发。结论:以甲醇作为溶剂,在聚丙烯容器中密封冷藏储存有利于PFCs标准物质的储存,且浓度越高稳定性越好。Objective:To research the monitoring results of perfluorinated compounds(PFCs)in drinking water of major river basins in China between 2018 and 2019 so as to investigate the stability of standard materials of PFCs detection in drinking water under different storage conditions.Methods:This study selected five kinds of medium and short carbon chain PFCs with higher detection rate included Perfluorobutane sulfonic acid,Perfluorinated caproic acid,Perfluoro caprylic acid,Perfluorinated pelargonic acid and Perfluorooctane sulfonate in drinking water,and adopted ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)to detect them.The degradation rates of PFCs standard materials under different concentrations(5μg/L and 500μg/L)of standard solutions,different storage temperatures(-18℃,4℃and 20℃),different solvents(pure water,methanol,water solution of methanol(v/v=1:1)),and different containers included storing in glass containers and polypropylene containers were further analyzed.And then,the stability of standard materials under different storage conditions was analyzed.Results:The degradation rate of materials stored in glass container fluctuated greatly,and the maximum degradation rate was-103.8%.And the degradation rate in polypropylene container was 4.1%under the same conditions.Temperature has a great influence on the solvent,and-18℃will cause freeze-thaw of water,and 20℃may cause volatilization of stored methanol.Conclusion:Using methanol as the solvent,sealing,refrigerating and storing in polypropylene containers are conducive to the storage of PFCs standard materials,and the higher concentration has the better stability.
