蒙药如意珍宝丸治疗髓内室管膜瘤术后功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨蒙药如意珍宝丸在治疗脊髓内长节段(≥3个椎体)室管膜瘤术后患者的功能恢复方面的疗效观察。方法:选取四川大学华西医院神经外科2016年1月至2018年12月髓内室管膜瘤术后功能障碍患者共53例随机分为对照组(26例)和观察组(27例),对照组给予术后常规西药营养神经,改善循环以及规律的康复训练;观察组在对照组基础上加用如意珍宝丸2.5gpobid连续治疗8周后,观察两组临床治疗效果,同时统计治疗期间的不良反应;随访3个月后比较两组患者神经功能的恢复效果。结果:对照组总有效率53.8%,明显低于观察组的81.5%(P<0.05),治疗后两组的神经功能恢复情况均较前有明显升高,且观察组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蒙药如意珍宝丸在髓内室管膜瘤术后患者功能障碍的治疗方面有显著效果,可以改善患者的预后,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of Mongolian medicine Ruyizhenbao pills in the rehabilitation of postoperative patients with ependymoma in long segments of the spinal cord(≥3 vertebrae).Method:A total of 53 patients with postoperative dysfunction of intramedullary ependymoma in Neurosurgery Department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(26 cases) and treatment group(27 cases).Control group was given postoperative routine western medicine to nourish nerve,improve circulation and rehabilitation training.The patients in treatment group were treated with Ruyizhenbao pills based on routine western medicine,2.5 g po bid,8 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and adverse reactions during treatment were observed.After 3 months of follow-up,the patients in the two groups were compared in terms of their neurological function.Result:The total effective rate of control group was 53.8%,which was significantly lower than that of treatment group(81.5%)(P <0.05).After treatment,the neurological function recovery of the two groups was significantly changed,and the indexes of treatment group were better than those of control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Ruyizhenbao pills have a significant effect on the treatment of dysfunction of patients after intramedullary tumor surgery,which can improve the prognosis and the quality of life of these patients.
