摘  要:黄芩苷因其抗氧化、抗炎等功能,在冠心病、心肌炎和肾性高血压等疾病中,就心肌细胞保护作用方面有重要的药理学价值。通过查阅国内外有关黄芩苷对心肌细胞保护作用的研究文献,本文归纳出了六种保护机制,分别是抗氧化应激作用、干预炎症反应、减轻钙超载、抑制心肌细胞凋亡、抑制心肌细胞自噬和防止线粒体功能障碍。黄芩苷通过影响心肌细胞酶、蛋白和相关细胞因子表达,在缺血、缺氧、复氧、高糖等条件下,实现这六种细胞保护作用。本文针对心肌细胞,将黄芩苷关于酶、蛋白和细胞因子三种作用方式的六种保护机制进行深入的研究和归纳,并对黄芩苷心肌细胞保护作用机制的研究方向提出建议,为黄芩苷进一步的实验研究提供理论基础。Due to the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory functions,baicalin has important pharmacological value in terms of the cardiomyocytes'protective mechanism in diseases such as coronary heart disease,myocarditis and renal hypertension.By referring to the literature on baicalin's protective effect on cardiomyocytes,this paper summarizes six protective mechanisms including anti-oxidative stress,intervention in inflammatory response,reduction of calcium overload,inhibition of cardiomyocyte apoptosis,inhibition of cardiomyocyte autophagy and prevention of mitochondrial dysfunction.Under conditions of ischemia,hypoxia,reoxygenation and hyperglycemia,baicalin can realize the six cell protective mechanisms by affecting the expression of enzymes,proteins and related cytokines in cardiomyocytes.In this paper,baicalin's six protective mechanisms involving enzymes,proteins and cytokines are thoroughly studied and summarized.Suggestions on the research direction of baicalin's protective mechanism in cardiomyocytes are put forward to provide a theoretical basis for the further experimental study of baicalin.
