摘  要:针对目前靶场常规测速线圈传感器易受外界环境电磁干扰,导致测试精度降低、可靠性变差的问题,提出了一种差分结构的新型测速线圈传感器。详细介绍了差分式测速线圈的测速原理以及结构组成,并运用Ansoft软件建立了差分式线圈的物理模型,分析了新传感器的工作原理与性能特点。深入研究了弹丸入射方向与线圈平面法线不同夹角和不同偏移量的情况下,线圈的输出响应特性。实际速度测试试验证明,相同测试条件下,新结构的传感器信噪比为27.734 dB,相比常规线圈传感器提高11.809 dB,相对测速精度达到0.15%,对弹丸测速具有更好的抗噪性,对于实际应用具有更强的鲁棒性。Aiming at the problem that current conventional coil sensor used in shooting range for speed measurement are susceptible to environmental electromagnetic interference, which leads to the decrease of test accuracy and poor reliability, this paper proposes a new type of differential structure speed measuring coil sensor. The speed measurement principle and structure of the differential speed measuring coil are introduced in detail, the physical model of the differential coil is established using Ansoft software, and the working principle and performance characteristics of the new sensor are analyzed. The output response characteristics of the coil under the conditions of different angles and different offsets between the incident direction of the projectile and the normal of the coil plane are deeply studied. The actual speed test experiment proves that under the same test conditions, the signal-to-noise ratio of the new structure sensor is 27.734 dB, which is 11.809 dB higher than that of the conventional coil sensor, and the relative speed measurement accuracy reaches 0.15%. The new sensor has better noise resistance to the projectile speed measurement and has stronger robustness in practical application.
