摘  要:以空气-水为实验物系,研究了P/T复合塔板的填料构成及构件间距对塔板性能的影响。结果表明:在相同实验条件下,由规整填料组成复合填料板的板压降远低于由散堆填料组成的复合填料塔板;且雾沫夹带量ev降低了80%以上。在由金属丝网填料组成的规整复合填料板中,BX500型复合填料板与CY700型复合填料板相比,由于其自身波纹距离大,气升通道宽,孔隙率大等特点。在高气液比条件下,其压降更小,雾沫夹带量更低。在BX500型复合填料板中,合理增加板内构件间距能明显提高塔板的泛点气速并且降低其雾沫夹带量,与构件间距h_(0)=0的BX500复合塔板相比,当h_(0)增加至5 mm时,雾沫夹带量的减少了13%~20%,气相操作上限提升了8%~15%,体现出较优的塔板性能。The effects of packing composition and component spacing on the performance of P/T composite tray were studied with air-water system.The results show that under the same experimental conditions,the pressure drop of the composite packing plate composed of structured packing is much lower than that of the composite packing plate composed of scattered packing.The amount of entrainment ev was reduced by more than 80%.Compared with CY700 composite packing tray,BX500 type composite packing tray has the characteristics of large corrugated distance,wide air lift channel and large porosity.Under the condition of high gas-liquid ratio,the pressure drop is smaller and the entrainment amount is lower.In BX500 composite filler plate,within a reasonable increase of plate spacing can significantly improve the gas velocity at flooding point and reduce the entrainment quantity.Compared with the h_(0)=0,when h_(0) increased to 5 mm,the entrainment quantity of BX500 composite plate decreased 13%—20%,and the upper limit of gas phase operation increased 8%—15%,which shows excellent tray performance.
