摘  要:稠油举升过程中,由于地温变化造成井筒内温度压力降低,导致原油黏度增大、溶解气析出,最终造成原油结蜡、油井堵塞。空心抽油杆内连续管热水循环加热工艺作为一种经济有效的采油工艺方法,能有效防止稠油在井筒内结蜡。在满足稠油油井生产要求的前提下,为了优化连续管下入深度,减少投资成本,建立热水循环加热井筒温度场的二维轴对称稳态模型,选取不同连续管下入深度,计算井筒温度分布。研究表明连续管不同下入深度对井筒温度具有较大影响;连续管下深700~1200 m均可满足防蜡降黏要求;当连续管下深为700 m时,循环水出口温度约为60.5℃,产出液出口温度约为59℃,现场应用时可将连续管下深至700 m以最大限度节约成本。During the lifting process of heavy oil,the temperature and pressure in the wellbore decrease due to the change of ground temperature,resulting in an increase in viscosity and precipitation of dissolved gas,which eventually leads to waxing of oil and blockage of oil wells.As a cost-effective oil recovery process,the continuous hot water circulation heating process in the hollow sucker rod can effectively prevent heavy oil from waxing in the wellbore.Under the premise of meeting the production requirements of heavy oil wells,in order to optimize the penetration depth of the continuous pipe,the investment cost is reduced.A two-dimensional axisymmetric steady-state model of the wellbore heating temperature field is established,and the depth of the different continuous tubes is selected to calculate the temperature distribution in the wellbore.The studies have shown that different penetration depths of continuous tubes have a greater impact on wellbore temperature;the depth of 700—1200 m under the continuous pipe can meet the requirements of anti-wax and viscosity reduction,and the continuous pipe can be deep down to 700 m to maximize cost savings.
