斜拉索PVF缠包防护在丹江口汉江大桥的应用

摘　　要：由于新材料、新技术的应用,桥梁拉索的设计寿命一般达50年以上。很多桥梁由于施工安装不达标及缺乏科学的运营管养,20年左右就被迫换索桥梁拉索表面缠绕PVF护护带,可以增强拉索防护性能,提高桥梁拉索使用寿命。本文结合湖北省丹江口市汉江大桥实例,介绍了PVF缠绕对斜拉索的意义,PVF缠绕施工平台及设备,施工工艺等。Due to the application of new materials and technologies,the design life of bridge cables is generally over 50 years.Many bridges are forced to change cables due to unqualified construction and installation and lack of scientific operation and maintenance.PVF protective belt is wrapped on the surface of the cable of bridge beam in about 20 years,which can enhance the protection performance of cable and improve the service life of bridge cable.Combined with the example of Hanjiang Bridge in Danjiangkou City,Hubei Province,this paper introduces the signif icance of PVF winding to stay cables,construction platform and equipment,construction technology,etc.
