摘 要:利用TG-DSC联用技术测试了汽油和柴油对乳化炸药基质热分解特性的影响,并用Ozawa法及Satava-sestak法对测试数据进行了分析,得到了乳化炸药基质及其与汽油、柴油混合物热分解反应的积分形式反应机理函数。结果表明:在5种不同升温速率下,相较于乳化基质,乳化炸药基质与汽油、柴油的混合物起始加速分解温度降低;乳化炸药基质及其与汽油、柴油混合物的活化能分别为94.42 kJ/mol、81.43 kJ/mol、78.50 kJ/mol。研究表明汽油、柴油等有机燃料在热作用下能加快乳化炸药的热反应速度,应避免接触和混合。By use of assembling TG and DSC technique,the gasoline and diesel oil influencing on the thermal decomposition characteristics of emulsified explosive matrix was measured,Ozawa and Satava-sestak method were applied in test data analysis,and thermal decomposition kinetics mechanism functions were obtained.The results show that under 5 different heating rates,the initial accelerated decomposition temperature of mixtures of emulsion explosive matrix with gasoline and diesel oil both decreased compared with that of emulsion matrix;Activation energy of emulsion explosive matrix and mixtures of emulsion explosive matrix with gasoline and diesel oil were 94.42 kJ/mol,81.43 kJ/mol,78.50 kJ/mol respectively.The study indicates that gasoline and diesel oil can accelerate the reaction rate of emulsion explosive under thermal action,so the contact and mixture should be avoided.
