摘  要:为了掌握自动浇注包覆工艺用包覆剂固化规律,研究了固化剂含量、促进剂含量、温度及剪切速率对不饱和聚酯树脂固化反应速率的影响规律。结果表明:随着固化剂及促进剂含量的增加,不饱和聚酯树脂固化速率加快,凝胶时间逐渐缩短,应根据工艺要求选择合适的固化剂及促进剂含量;随着温度升高,凝胶时间逐渐缩短,温度升高10℃,可使凝胶时间缩短1/2;高剪切速率下,样品凝胶时间受剪切速率影响不明显,低剪切速率10 s^(-1)下,凝胶时间提前。In order to control the curing quality of coating agent for automatic pouring coating process,the effects of curing agent content,accelerant content,temperature and shear rate on curing reaction rate of unsaturated polyester resin were studied.The results show that with the increase of curing agent content and accelerant content,the curing rate of unsaturated polyester resin is accelerated,and the gel time is gradually shortened.The apprepriate curing agent content and accelerant content should be selected according the process requirements.As the temperature goes up,the gel time gradually decreases.The gel time can be reduced by half if the temperature goes up by 10 degrees.At high shear rate,the gel time of the sample is not significantly affected by the shear rate,but at low shear rate of 10 s^(-1),the gel time is advanced.
