摘　　要：煤炭产业经济运行是我国能源经济运行的重要方面。阐述了煤炭产业抗疫之年经济运行和产业景气指数的具体情况;对煤炭产业运行取得的整体平稳成绩进行了深入分析,认为主要得益于党的坚强领导、社会主义制度的优越性、不断深入的改革开放和特别能战斗产业大军的共同努力。同时,对2021年我国煤炭产业经济的发展预期进行了总体判断,认为煤炭价格上半年将维持已形成的强势,下半年将有所回落,全年虽有所波动,但总体上会稳定在合理水平;对2021年煤炭产业面临的国内、国际形势和煤炭产业经济运行系统进行了具体分析,认为我国煤炭产业“小、散、乱、差”状况有所改善,但在生产要素配置、人才结构和资金链等方面还存在短板。最后建议煤炭产业首先要把防控疫情作为第一要务;要完善自循环,融入双循环;开好局,服务国家的“六稳”“六保”;全面深化改革,推动高质量发展。Coal industry operation is an important part of China's energy economy operation.The authors elaborated specific situation of economic operation and industrial prosperity index of coal industry in the year of anti-epidemic,conducted deep analysis of the overall stable performance of coal industry operation,believed the current performance was mainly due to the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China,the superiority of the socialist system,the deepening reform and opening up policy and the joint efforts of the special fighting industrial army,in the meantime,made a general judgment on the development expectation of China's coal industry economy in 2021,believed that coal price would maintain its strong position in the first half of the year and fall back in the second half of the year,although there were some fluctuations in the whole year,it would be stable at a reasonable level in the whole year,conducted specific analysis of domestic and international situation and economic operation system of the coal industry in 2021,believed that the situation about small,scattered,chaotic and low quality of China's coal industry has been improved,but there were still shortcomings on the allocation of production factors,talent structure and capital chain,and finally provided suggestions of coal industry that taking epidemic prevention and control as the first priority,perfecting self-circulation and merging into a"dual circulation",having an good beginning and serving government ensure“six priorities”and stability in six areas,and comprehensively deepening the reform and promoting high-quality development.
