摘  要:目的:优选益气活血颗粒水提取工艺。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和正交试验,以黄芪甲苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的转移率及出膏率的综合评分为考察指标,以提取次数、提取时间、加水量3个因素设计L9(34)正交试验,优选益气活血颗粒水提工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加12倍量水,提取3次,每次煎煮1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺可靠,可用于益气活血颗粒的生产制备。Objective:To optimize water reflux extraction technology of Yiqi Huoxue Granules.Methods:By using the HPLC and orthogonal experiment,with the content of astragalosideⅣ,calycosin-7-glucosidde and dry ointment yield rate as the observed index,and taking extraction times,extraction time,and amount of water added as the factors,L9(34)orthogonal test was designed to optimize the extraction technology of Yiqi Huoxue Granules.Results:The optimal technology was to add water with an amount 12 times as much as that of drugs and to conduct extraction 3 times,1 h for each time.Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and reliable and can be used for the extraction of Yiqi Huoxue Granules.
