淡竹叶浸出物提取方法的建立及其质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:优选淡竹叶浸出物的提取方法,并制定浸出物的质量标准。方法:以浸出物得率、异荭草苷含量、日当药黄素含量、特征峰总峰面积及过滤速度作为综合评价指标,优选淡竹叶浸出物的提取工艺;通过不同产地的多批次淡竹叶浸出物的测定,制定浸出物得率的最佳范围。结果:淡竹叶浸出物的最佳提取方法为热浸法50%乙醇提取,浸出物范围为9.69%~21.87%。结论:所建立的方法简便,可用于淡竹叶浸出物提取,为淡竹叶浸出物提取方法的确定提供参考。Objective:To optimize the extraction method and establish the quality standard of extracts from Lophatheri Herba.Methods:The extract yield,content of isoorientin,content of swertiajaponin,the total area of characteristic peak and the filtration rate were selected as comprehensive evaluation indices,the extraction process of extracts from Lophatheri Herba was optimized.The range of lophatheri Herba extracts was determined by measuring the extracts from different habitats.Results:The extraction method of Lophatheri Herba extracts was 50%ethanol by hot leaching,and the range of extracts was 9.69%-21.87%.Conclusion:The method is simple and the study provided a reference for the determination of Lophatheri Herba extracts.
