摘  要:目的:建立HPLC梯度洗脱法同时测定七制香附丸中莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、香附烯酮、圆柚酮和α-香附酮的含量。方法:采用Shim-pack GIST C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);检测波长为240 nm;流动相为乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;柱温为30℃;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、香附烯酮、圆柚酮和α-香附酮分别在1.49~37.25、0.76~19.00、1.67~41.75、3.59~89.75、12.38~309.50、2.71~67.75、6.59~164.75μg·mL^(-1)线性关系良好(r≥0.9992),7种成分的平均加样回收率(RSD)分别为97.90%(1.25%)、98.01%(1.40%)、97.39%(1.17%)、99.32%(0.79%)、100.03%(0.90%)、96.98%(1.00%)和99.19%(1.16%)。结论:该方法可用于七制香附丸中7种成分的含量测定及质量控制。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of morroniside,loganin,albiflorin,paeoniflorin,cyperotundone,nootkatone andα-cyperone in Qizhi Xiangfu Wan.Methods:The analysis of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Shim-pack GIST C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column.The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.3%phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution,the column temperature was 30℃,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).Results:Morroniside,loganin,albiflorin,paeoniflorin,cyperotundone,nootkatone andα-cyperone showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 1.49-37.25,0.76-19.00,1.67-41.75,3.59-89.75,12.38-309.50,2.71-67.75,6.59-164.75μg·mL^(-1)(r≥0.9992),whose average recoveries were 97.90%,98.01%,97.39%,99.32%,100.03%,96.98%,99.19%with the RSDs of 1.25%,1.40%,1.17%,0.79%,0.90%,1.00%,1.16%,respectively.Conclusion:The method can be used to determine the content and quality control of seven components in Qizhi Xiangfu Wan.
