摘　　要：阐明韭菜子等10味肾虚阳痿常用中药酒制的炮制历史沿革,为研究酒制助阳的炮制理论提供文献参考。以《历代中药炮制资料辑要》一书为索引,按照成书年代先后顺序,参照古籍原著及现代释义等,归纳、总结韭菜子等10味肾虚阳痿常用中药的酒制炮制历史传承。韭菜子等10味肾虚阳痿常用中药的酒制炮制历史记载清晰、传承有序,其中6味药的炮制方法始于酒制,现代沿革仍为酒制的有5味。辅料酒在韭菜子等10味肾虚阳痿常用中药的协同增效方面可能有着十分重要的作用,酒制助阳的炮制理论和原理尚待科学研究。To expound the historical evolution of 10 kinds of medicinal materials for kidney deficiency impotence likes Allii Tuberosi Semen etc.processed with alcohol.According to Collection of processing data of traditional Chinese medicine in past dynasties,the history of 10 kinds of medicinal materials for kidney deficiency impotence processed by alcohol is reviewed.The processing history is clearly recorded and the inheritance is orderly,among which the processing method of 6 herbs started from the wine process,but the modern processing method is only for 5 herbs including Allii Tuberosi Semen.The Synergic effect of alcohol on enhancing Yang is important,it is necessary to study scientifically further.
