摘　　要：目的分析脊柱骨折患者接受后路手术内固定治疗及对疼痛缓解的积极作用。方法选取在我院接受手术治疗的92例脊柱骨折患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组(46例)和试验组(46例)。对照组采取前路手术内固定,试验组采取后路手术内固定。评价两组疼痛程度、治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组的BPI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论后路手术内固定有利于缓解脊柱骨折患者疼痛程度,具有显著的临床效果,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the positive effect of posterior surgical internal fixation on pain relief in patients with spinal fracture.Methods A total of 92 patients with spinal fractures treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(46 cases)and experimental group(46 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with anterior surgical internal fixation,and the experimental group was treated with posterior surgical internal fixation.The pain degree,treatment effect and complications of the two groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,the BPI score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Posterior surgical internal fixation is beneficial to alleviate the pain degree of patients with spinal fractures,with significant clinical effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
